toolbar history

i'm selling my pc and i want to make sure there is no jnternet history, i have c cleaner installed and i've ran that also i,ve done the normal one in internet settings which delete history and cookies etc. but when i go to the main toolbar at the top of the screen and put a letter it brings up every web site and search beginning with that letter. I thought i done everything i can but obviously i haven't.
Is there a setting which i need to do or somehow get rid of this history?

Tools/Internet Options/General tab/Clear history and click OK.

the clear history doesn,t work. and when i do the content/auto complete on internet options and i disable the web address setting, to be fair this does stop it but it still doesn;t delete the history which is what i ideally want to do. I've tried everything i know about and whats been suggested.
