Toolbar has moved to top of screen!

The grey toolbar on my lad's PC is at the top of the screen instead of the bottom. Try as I might I can't work out hao to move it back to the bottom. How do I do this please. I can make it bigger but that's about all.

He has Win ME.

All you do is left click on it and drag it back to the bottom (or either side if you prefer).

I think you mean the Taskbar - the Toolbar is the top bar.

You should be able to drag and drop the bar down to its proper place after unlocking the Taskbar - remember to lock it again afterwards.

It has probably been dragged to the top in error.

I didn't realise that it was that simple.

Sorted now thanks.

how to lock it with ME sorry.

I cant remember if ME had the lock option, but in XP, right click on it, and a small menu pops up. If there is 'lock the taskbar' select it. The menu should go. Right click again, and there is a tick agains 'lock the taskbar', which prevents accidently moving or resizing it.
