You could say this is not a Computer Problem, but it is as I am trying to backup my TomTom on Laptop, and get this Error

can anybody see the problem I am having, tried sending a Report to TomTom but there site is a Wast of Time, not designed with e-mail help in mind

Can you not just drag the folder to a USB pen thingy?
But must be a reason why not, seeing it is you!
While on subject of TT are you aware of this site?

It does not show up like a removable Drive and no it does not have a card its built in. So I cannot expand to drag files. It just shows as a TomTom icon in windows Explorer with + at he side of it, but when I click on + it just disappears
