Title bar in Explorer

Does anyone know how I get rid of the titles in the blue bar at the top of Windows Explorer? I don't use "Tiscali 10.0" and seeing that at the top of the screen is beginning to become annoying. My new PC had AOL, MSN and Tiscali ISP software pre-installed. I've uninstalled all of them.

click here choose J2K Freeware from the top menu and scroll down to IE debrander.

I've been asked to clarify which method I used. I used the Jester2K freeware app which was very easy. I'm not technically confident enough to fiddle about with dlls.

This website is now closed and I've lost access to that really useful little app called IE Debrander that gets rid of the advertising at the top of the Internet Explorer Bar. (You know the one...."Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Tiscali 1.0"...).

Does anyone know where I can get hold of the app again?
