Tiscali overcharging

I have a £19.99 package for both broadband and telephone, but my last bill was nearly double! I have contacted Tiscali twice by phone and asked for itemised details but nothing has arrived. I am about to cancel the direct debit.
Has anyone else had such a problem, and how was it resolved?

If you are under contract do not stop the direct debit.

Try contacting them again.

That's one sure way to end up in court, a CCJ and a poor credit rating.

Once you have set up a DD NEVER cancel it unless the recipient has agreed.

You can check your itemised bill on the Tiscali site go into My Account and then Broadband and follow it through.

Points noted. However, the Tiscali website does not itemise the disputed telephone bills. Naughty! My latest call to them at least confirmed that the itemised phone calls are in the post.
