Hi folks

I have now upgraded my Tiny computer from windows 98se to XP. However, the scanner does not work and there are no details on the scanner of make and model!

How do i find the make and model?

I have been to the tiny support site and it just gives me the configuration of the computer and not the scanner make nor model.

where do i go from here for the DRIVERS or do i have to buy a new scanner

No comfort, but my mate installed 2k only to find the same thing so ended up having to dual-boot to use his scanner.

turned it upside down and all it says is S/N 018A 005155D1

MODEL: FU621D

just looked inside, there is a ribbon that says "sumitomo-y awm 2896 8oc vw-1"

It appears to be this one *Colorado USB 19200* and I think the driver maybe the same as the TRUST scanner USB 19200!
