Go to Start > RUN > Type:

shutdown -s -t 10

Click "ok"

Computer will shutdown in 10 seconds just set it to what you want.

Or go to click here and download TWEAKXP it has a counter to shutdown after a certain time, much more use freindly ;-)

First create a shutdown shortcut to your requirements: click here

Then use task scheduler to run it when required:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Scheduled Tasks

Hope this helps ;-)
