Time zone alters to Pacific Time

Finally discovered why my comp clock keeps going out -when I re-boot rather than hibernate, the comp clock resets to Pacific Time rather than Greenwich. Is this a bios fix?

..........If so it is easily fixed

More likely a clash within Windows, Have you checked in control panel, the date/clock options?

Thanks for the suggestion Diemmess -the control panel dialogue box is the same one right-clicking the clock in teh taskbar brings up -it is OK once set to Greenwich - on reboot it can still default to Pacific time...I wondered if the default is set somewhere else?
