I have just done a clean reinstall of XP Pro and I have a file on the desk top with a tild character under it.I remember seeing a few posts on here a few months ago.I searched for it but no luck.Can someone refresh my memory please.

It results from a small bug in OE address book after a new addition. It is quite safe to right click on it and delete.
