ThunkConnect32.dll failure

  ProblemSolver 20:08 04 Mar 04

I tried to repair Internet Explorer6.0 and got
a message saying that W95INF32.dll wouldn't
operate, as there was a 'ThunkConnect32' failure,
neither can I install some programs now, nor can
I open any Hotmail' messages, any solutions, please?
