I have installed one of these for a friend and would like to adjust the MTU value. Does anyone know what page no. these routers use? With my netgear router it is 192.168.0.1 but I cannot find any way of assessing the thomson. Any advice welcomed as usual.

I have a Speedtouch 780 and to change MTU in router it has to be done via Command Line Interface. Start, Run, cmd, OK
at the prompt type telnet 192.168.1.254
By default the username is Administrator unless you have changed it.
Enter Administrator press return/enter
You should now see Administrator=>: at this prompt type
ip ifconfig intf=LocalNetwork mtu=1500 press enter/return then type saveall press enter/return.
Of course you type which MTU value you wish, close window and changes will take place.
