Is there a way to make Ie.6 open fully, on WinXP

When I open Internet Explorer v6 using winXP Home, it always open half screen size.

Is there a way to make Internet Explorer v6 open to a full window please, it bugs me when its another click to manually do it.

Maximise the screen. Hold down the Shift key and close the browser using the cross on the top right hand corner. When you re-open the browser, it should be maximised. Doesn't seem to work for the full-screen (F11) view though.

BTW: IE will open in whatever position it was last closed prior to Shutdown. S o if you maximize it then close it then reboot that is the way it will be opened.

With only one IE window open, drag the sides to fill the screen (do not use the Maximize button).

Close it using File|Close (not the X).

Try this method,

Right click on IE icon, select 'Properties', scroll down to 'Run',
select 'Maximised ' from drop down menu.

Do the same for any IE shortcuts you may have.

IE will then always open Full screen.

just opening the windows fully then closing with the Top right close box re-open's back to full.
