Your anti-virus program should keep up to date with virus developments - there should be no need for you to become personally involved.

If your anti-virus doesn't do this, change it for one that does. An out of date antivirus setup is worse than none at all.

Don't run two anti virus progs at once, that's asking for trouble, always remove one before replacing it with another.
