my tft screen always seems to pick up all the dust and hairs could anybody advise me how to go about cleaning it i have not touched it for weeks in case i damaged it

Get a duster, that will remove the dust.

Get a damp, soapy cloth and give it a wipe and let it dry in the air. It will take about 2 seconds to dry...It should then be dust free and all dirt free.

Make sure your TFT is switched off before cleaning it.

.. have done the following with other plastic surfaces exposed to dust..if you use detergent and de-ionised water ( scum will be formed ) to clean ,and in the final wipe use a dilute solution of detergent (photgraphic quality if poss), it will prevent 'static'.

[Though I would have thought TFT screens would have been formulated to avoid this 'static' problem.?]

Use a feather duster. Damp cloth when switched off
