I have just replaced my CRT monitor with a widescreen HannsG TFT and there are black bands about an inch and a half wide at the top and bottom of the screen. Is this right?

Johnny
Tried all options but when the image is at its best I still get the banding. My thoughts are with the graphic card but I'm no expert. Perhaps trying new drivers?

You need to set the Screen Resolution to 1680 x 1050

“Set to 1280 x 1024 and Win 2000”

The complete list of resolutions depends on the driver version and operating system.
