Testing a new Computer
Hi, I built a new computer, by purchacing each compenent, much simpler than i thought! And its been working fine for few weeks.

However, i just installed cpuz to monitor the components and the cpu core speed is 2100 MHz.
Where as i installed a E6750 core2duo which should run at 2.66Ghz. Is this ok since the system is not being taxed? how can i test the that everything is working as its supposed to?
Thanks James

Just a Guess but is this not a Stepping CPU? in other word it drops it's speed when it's not doing nowt
