Temporary Profile created after symlinking moved appdata folder

I have an SSD B and a HD C. My windows installation is on B.

I originally had my entire user folder symlinked onto C. I wanted faster access to my appdata folder so I logged onto my admin account in safe-mode, copied the entire appdata folder back into a new actual user folder on B.

I then symlinked all the folders inside the user folder on C, into the new actual user folder on B containing my actual appdata folder in its original location windows dictates it to be.

I re-log onto my user profile after restarting, it gives me a temporary profile, what has gone wrong?
