Start then Control Panel, choose Tools then Folder Options andd then View and in Advanced Settings Place the dot next to Show Hidden Files and Folders.

If you just want to delete them In internet explorer click

Tools- internet options - under temporary internet files (in the middle of the page) click delete files.
