Temporary Internet Files

Hi can annone give me some food for thought. I am running XP pro and down loaded some clip art from PCA this evening and it droped the data into the path below
C:\Documents and Settings\michael jenkins\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. There must be some 100 plus cookies and other forms of data in the Temporary Internet Files folder is it safe to delete these files and data.

Yes, anything in the temp internet files folder can be deleted safely; if you remove some cookies you will have to log in on certain sites again.

Yes though if you delete all the cookies you will have to manually enter passwords etc for some of your favourite sites.

Its a good idea to use disk cleanup on a regular basis.
