TCP/IP problem

I have a home wireless network with 2 PCs and a laptop linked togethre. It works just fine. I recently got some software called Junglebyte which allows me to view what is on the other machines and control them to a certain extent.
The laptop set up was a doddle and I am interfacing with it perfectly. The second PC however will not take the software and gives an error message "A valid network interface could not be detected. The aplication requires the system to have valid TCP/IP network support with a valid IP address. I use XP with an Origo router
