tcp data changed+hacked

my firewall (black ice 2.9) recently informed me "tcp data changed" while displaying a red"critical"icon.I believe this is a hacking attempt of some sort as settings in system32\config\default were modified at the exact time of the av f-secure cannot open this file to scan it but did find a trogan although i don't know when i got it as i installed f-secure after the event(i previously had command 4.9).

can anyone please help

It could be a hacker,but to discover if this was a false alarm etc,read this thread.
