"Have down loaded task manager" ?? Do you mean you have opened task manager, Con+Alt+Delete, or right click in the task bar>Task manager.

"hijack this 1.99.1" is a spyware detection program from click here

Yes I have done all that you have said. The reason is I am getting web pages loading by them selfs whick carry pop ups for all sort of anti spyware programs. I have run many scanning programs and they can't seem to find anything wrong, but still get this web pages loading by it's self, it's called "searchchem.net and msxpsupport".

Have you tried running HJT and posting back with the log, you may have something that's new and the anti-spyware/adware programs you use, won't have been recognised them. Also you will get expert help in this forum, nellie2 springs to mind.

You may need to post your log{usually 3/4 sections} in a new thread calling it "HJT log please help" or similar.

Sorry if this sound patronising, not intended!!

Pay special attention to the 02 entries on your hijack this report as these tell you which BHO (Browser Helper Object) programs you are running.

Should you find anything suspicious then stop this from running. E.G. All the entries below are O.K. if you look carefully they all describe a bona fide BHO i.e. Acrobat 7; Spywareguard; MSN; Norton Anti-Virus. There are many other BHOs which are perfectly all right besides those below. Anything that you do not recognise could well be responsible for your troubles. If you are uncertain of anything obviously report back.

O2 - BHO: AcroIEHlprObj Class - {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\ActiveX\AcroIEHelper.dll
O2 - BHO: SpywareGuard Download Protection - {4A368E80-174F-4872-96B5-0B27DDD11DB2} - C:\Program Files\SpywareGuard\dlprotect.dll
O2 - BHO: MSNToolBandBHO - {BDBD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\01.02.4000.1001\en-gb\msntb.dll
O2 - BHO: NAV Helper - {BDF3E430-B101-42AD-A544-FADC6B084872} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll
