Task Manager

When I select Control/Alt/Delete I no longer get Task Manager on my Windows XP but a CPU Usuage window. Can anyone help with how I can open up the Task Manager? Thank You.

Try double clicking in the outer frame. You may be running it in minimal mode.

Doesn't help I'm afraid, but thank you. The problem I have is I'm getting a CPU Usuage window instead of the Task Manager

The CPU usage window is the performance tab of Task Manager.
Procexp :- click here can be used instead of Task Manager and is a better application

Many thanks, but if it is the performance tab of Task Manager, can I not get back to the latter?

The only way I know of getting back to normal is to double click on it. Try double clicking on the graph area.

Brilliant - did the trick and got me back to Task Manager. Appreciate your time and advice.
