System Volume Information Virus

I hope someone has seen this before and has a remedy for it.
Every 30 minutes or so, I get a warning window appearing telling me of a virus. It says the virus is in C:\\System Volume Information.... restore....., and to use my AVG anti-virus to remove the file. AVG does not find it, nor does my adware removal software.
I have searched for the file myself, and cannot find any System Volume Information in the restore folders, or anywhere.
It doesn't seem like any harm is being dome to the PC, but it is annoying every half hour getting these warnings.

Any ideas anyone?
Thanx in advance.

Turn off System Restore, then turn it back on and create a Restore point.
