I just downloaded Regcleaner & already have Clonemaster & Tempcleaner, all for detecting surplus/duplicate files.

Trouble is, when these files are found, sometimes hundreds, many are just identified by letters/numbers.

I'm no expert & do not have a clue what purpose they serve & wondered if I deleted them would I end up in all sorts of problems?

On the other hand there seem to be so many the system would surely benefit from such a clear out?

Do you think I could clear/delete & then resort to GoBack if the PC suddenly malfunctioned?

Complete Format is my way ;-)

If you just start deleting dll's or anything you are not shure of willy nilly, you are shure of trouble. If you do not know what does what then you should ignore many of the prog’s you downloaded
