system shutdown

hi everyone, got a big problem, when i log in, my computer, i get the message
GENERIC HOST PROCESS 4 WIN32 SERVICES ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDED TO CLOSE
then a few moments later a get the message
THE SYSTEM IS SHUTTING DOWN PLEASE SAVE ALL WORK IN PROGRESS AND LOG OFF THE SHUTDOWN WAS INITIATED BY NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM.
WINDOWS MUST NOW RESTART BECAUSE THE REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL (RPC) TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY.
then a countdown for one minute comes up and after onew minute, the system shuts down. when i try to go on the internet, the connection is very slow, imsending this message from my cousins computer
any help greatly appreacited
