This is an add on to same subject on earier posting. I am running XP Pro but it is not a genuine version. the reason I want to do a restore is because I have over 740 problems in my registry and cannot afford to buy a registry cleaner and the free ones only clean so many

try and stick to one post it saves confusion, i doubt system restore will solve your probs anyway.

Please stick to your earlier posting, it will confuse others to help you with your issue.

Try Wise Registry Cleaner, it is free; also Eusing Free Registry Cleaner; or possibly RegScrub XP
