I’m trying to get my system resources above 80% (recommended) I’ve managed to go from 59% to 78% but need a little help to gain the last 2 or 3%. I need some advice on what I should do with the following:-
ScanRegistry
TaskMonitor
LoadPowerProfile X 2
RegisterDropHandler X 2
Winnet
Load=
My OS is 98SE.

You obviously know how to use msconfig.

Therefore you can do as I do.

Disable powerprofile, both if two are showing.

Now go to control panel, Power options and select Always on and monitor + Hdd to never.

To save my screen I have the best screen saver. It is the monitor on/off switch.

The above also cures a lot of problems caused by rundll32.exe

I hope this helps!
