system reserved drive on vista

after switching back from windows 7 RC to vista
i now have system reserve drive on vista, i have been using vitsa before,but this was never there,far as i know this this has somehing to do with W7 bitlocker encryption,i have no idea how it got there.
i need to know how to deleate the system reserve drive partition?

maybe,in windows 7 my dell monitor was reognised as generic non pnp, so did the ati catalyst and am having the sae issue again somethng never happened before insalling windows 7.
