System Mechanic 7

I'm having a problem with SM7 and I've been asked to send "a snapshot of my system for additional troubleshooting purposes". Is this a safe / reasonable request and what info will I be sending?

a snapshot is normally a capture of what is on screen at the moment. If that does not contain anything personal there is no problem. What not say what your problem with sm7 is here perhaps one of us could help you.

SM7 tells me that there are "8 repairable vulnerabilities" on my system (XP home with SP3). But each time I try to get the repair done, an "Application Error" message appears -- "Exception EF Create Error~module ioloco~1.DLL at 000292DD"

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would be inclined to download and run the free ccleaner and see what that comes up with.

A snapshot of the system is not a screen shot ! It is the details of the operating system state and details of any open programs that are running.
