Hi all,

I want to use sysprep and ghost together to create an image of a laptop. I have 30 laptops which i want to use the image on.

Im confused how sysprep and ghost work together.

Am i right in thinking i run sysprep first then reboot and log into the laptop then run ghost? Im using ghost 15!

Any help please?

Not having used ghost 15, Have you the option of creating a ghost boot disk first.

Then use sysprep and reboot with the ghost disk and create the image.

cant seem to find anything to create a ghost boot disk in ghost 15!

So i need to run sysprep first THEN reboot and run ghost? BUT i dont install ghost do i?

"So i need to run sysprep first THEN reboot and run ghost?"

As a test, see if the puter will boot from the ghost disk, and run ghost.

If the ghost disk will boot the computer, run sysprep first, then run ghost from boot.

hope it works cos there are zero options to create boot disk!
