sysdll folder virus

A folder has appeared in the windows directory ie

windows\sysdll inside there is 242 what appears to be zip files that when opened try to access the internet. Tried deleting the files but they come back on restart. Tried Pc-cillin and AVG both do not find any viruses. Is there a way to
stop these files reappearing

Delete value "tasmanager" = "c:\windows\" not to be confused with "taskmgr.exe"
You can now delete the directory \windows\sysdll

Restart machine and delete \Windows\ file.

Is very correct.

The file will reload the files back on.

End the task, delete the file...

and delete the sysdll dir,.
