Win Xp Pro SP3 Outlook 2007

Two people have Outlook accounts on my desktop. Each has several different email addresses with different providers. A similar setup exists on my laptop.
Is there an easy, hopefully free, way of synchronising Outlook on Laptop and Desktop?
Microsoft do an application to do this but it costs £180 (Ouch!)

This isn't free but it's inexpensive and best of all it works a treat. click here

I prefer this

though it is similar to the one Rose suggested.
I use it to sync between a vista laptop and PC XP SP3. I also have Active sync running for a pocket PC. PTSsync will not connect unless the Pocket PC is removed or Active sync closed down since Active Sync holds Outlook open.
