Synchronising non-existant folders

I have a Windows XP machine set-up to synchronise My Docs from the network, so that when I'm at work I can work from a network copy. Whilst offline, I can work on the synchronised copy and I have this set up to synchronise when joining and leaving the network.

My problem is that no matter what I do, the Synchronisation Manager still tries to synchronise some documents which are on a no longer existant folder. I've looked in mobsync and ensured that the folder is not checked to be sync'ed, nor are there any files in my offline files which relate to the old server. So I don't know why it insists upon synchronising this old server.

Any ideas?
