Switcning between two OS's

I am working on friends laptop which I believe has both Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional Editions installed. The machine boots up into the Home Edition.
How can I switch between the two operating systems?

If it shows a choice of 2 os's on boot up it means 2 are installed. To make the other boot 1st go to Control Panel/System/Advanced/Startup and Recovery and there'll be 2 listed, and change to other.
If 2 aren't listed make a copy of the boot.ini (in notebook) and post it here.
