Switch for shortcut to Windows Explorer in XP

  SantasLittleHelper 18:06 08 Mar 03

Hi, has anyone got a copy of the switch that is added to the shortcut line for Windows Exlorer on XP, after the c:\windows\explorer.exe command there is a switch to make explorer open with a expanded view of the c: drive. It is something like "/eC:" without the quotes.

explorer.exe /n,/e,C:
Is that the one you want, SantasLittleHelper?

Hi MAJ, tried your suggestion, but I can't get it to work. It is very similar to that, thanks anyway.

Works for me.

Sorry, SantasLittleHelper, I thought you just meant the last part of the path. In XP the complete path is:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,C:\
