on/off switch ...

This switch on my Arbico Cooler Master desktop unit is not working properly, and I suspect that it could be fixed relatively easily - even by a non-tech like me. Would there be any particular problems about removing the front cover and having a look-see - or am I likely to damage componemts such as DVD unit etc?

Quick and dirty fix, open the side cover and swap the reset switch onto the power switch pins. A small torch and a look at the motherboard manual will help.

I'l try what you suggest - though the problem is actually the power switch button itself - which is out of alignment. I thought maybe it had just got bent, through repeated use, and I could straighten it!
