CDA server is attempting to monitor user activities on this computer.

If allowed it may try to track or log keystrokes mouse movements/clicks web sites visited and other user behavior.

Im not sure What CDA is only that is mean Common Desktop Agent.

Has this something to do with Ram Disk

Could be that you have browser set to remember your history and Zone Alarm is asking if that is alright. http://forums.cnet.com/7723-6620_102-234365/why-is-ie-7-monitoring-my-activity/ has poster with same message from Zone Alarm.
