Suppressing text of original e-mail when replying

Somewhere recently in PC Advisor, Tips and Tricks or on a PC Advisor CD-ROM I read how to reply to an e-mail without re-sending the text of the original e-mail. I remember it involved checking or unchecking a box somewhere butI cannot recall where. Now I want to revert to the original setting but cannot find the screen containing the box anywhere. Can anyone help please?

Tools - Options - Send - untick "include message etc".
