superscript/subscript in word

is there anyway to create a shortcut in word so that you can easily switch to sub/superscript. i quite often need to use either for just one character and having to go through the format->font menu takes awhile. Thanks

No prob! Right-click the toolbar area and make sure the Formatting toolbar is selected. The relevant icons can be added to it via the little arrow on the end.
