I'm tying to reload SuperEasy Video Convertor in to Windows 7, (it worked OK in W7 before I re-formatted for a fresh install), now it will not load saying .net 2 framework is required even though it's already part of the OS. I've tried contacting the SuperEasy Video wesite but no replies, has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone been able to get it loaded into Windows 7. Or is it wishful thinking.

Try running the install file as administrator. This has worked for me sometimes.

Re-installed on XP SP3 machine, useless waiting for response from Supereasy.
