If this is your motherboard it will have to be a AGP card

you are right my friend. My Mother board supports "Universal 0.8V/1.5V AGP 3.0 connector supporting 1x, 4x, and 8x AGP cards "
Pls, Suggest me the best AGP Card which suits my MOTHERBOARD

It’s a while since I looked for an AGP card but this has good reviews

Or something from click here

It depends on your price range really

One thing to look at is your computers PSU, 300w may be under powered while 450w and above should be ok.

also windows XP.

I have a different mobo and unfortunately it only supports AGP cards as well! I'm running ATI 9800 PRO (128MB) graphic card and it's pretty decent although I'll be changing my Mobo and Processor soon! Btw, the 9800 PRO has no DirectX 10 support and no Shader Model 3.0 support. You could try the 9800 PRO.

I wouldnt go for anythign to flash or high end as ur CPU and ram will be holdong it back, probably a mid level nVidia 6 series. see below

The 6300 wont give you great perfomance any game with midrange GFX. The 7600 GT or 7950GT would give you a good level of perfomance, although i feel u would have to add some extra RAM to take full use of either of them.

Also check the power rating of your PSU as u dont wanna blow it up :).

Hope this helps

I would:-

A) Buy one of these.........

B) Add another 512MB of RAM to your PC.
