One of my flock has this problem.

So this afternoon I worked on her Dell laptop [Vista].

Firstly I downloaded and installed CCleaner- and disposed of 3 years of grot.

Then sorted the Registery.

Tried to print the offending file - No go

Went to the print files and deleted all under - all went but the top of the list remained. tried to print - No Go

Uninstall Printer- an HP.

Then tried the print file- Still there still wont go.

Next Move please
