Stubborn program won't uninstall

I'm trying to remove sage instant accounts from my pc and put it on my laptop. I've ran the uninstaller from start-programs... and the control panel but the entry in the programs menu is still there and the sage folders are still there in c:/program files. (The shortcuts are gone and the program doesn't start). Is there a more powerful and free uninstaller that would remove all traces of sage?

Later I tried to run system restore (and keep sage) to before I did the uninstall and it wouldn't restore. I tried to restore it to yesterday and that didn't work either. It said there were no changes. So doesn't uninstalling software count as a restore point (or editing the registry)?

Thanks skidzy, Unlocker was no use but Revo worked perfectly and removed everything!
