Hi everyone! Ive just bought a Monitor (22 Inch Samsung) & it seems to have developed lots of pixcels flashing a redish colour.? anyone got any idea & if so how can i stop them pls,??

It's either the monitor, the cable or the graphics card.

Prove which by trying the monitor and cable on another system, and another monitor on yours.

"it cant be my graph cards there not that old & ive 2 Gig of them.?"

Yes it could be. Age has nothing to do with whether it might have failed or not.
