Strange Entry in Internet History

I went on my history on IE9 and there is an entry called "computer" which has a long list of numbers and figures. What is this? I have never seen it before. e.g. IE logo then [05150B8B-3406-40D7-8D49-FEOE5102F460] There are loads in the same format.

1) Open Internet Explorer.

2) Click on the gear shaped at the top towards the right.

3) Select Internet Option from the drop down menu.

4) In the General Tab browsing history settings, ensure History is not set to 0 (by default it’s 20).

It's set to 20. I have 13 of those entries in the history just from today. If I click on one it says "Running a system command on this item may be unsafe."

As above click OK then clear the cache and history and it should then be back to normal as browser history
