i am using a prog called stopzille on 3 pc's.it has just run out of free updates, which costs me $120 a year, anyone heard of the prog, should i pay again?or is their equally a free prog which is just as good.

As long as you're not using them for commercial reasons, you could try Adaware, Spywareblaster, A-Squared, and Spybot Search and Destroy. Updates for all those utilities are free.

no,i have pc,kids all have one.is it worth keeping stopzilla ? price is$150,sorry got it wrong.

It costs $20 to buy, I've never used it (never needed to) as I used the utilities I recommended above, but if it costs $150 for updates, I'd dump it. click here

It really isn't worth paying for anti-spyware programs for home PCs when there are so many free ones out there. As well as MAJ's suggestions I would add Windows Defender click here and possibly Ewido click here
