Stop Firefox saving log in?

Until recently, firefox remembered all my passwords for sites apart from sensitive ones such as ebay, bank etc.
Now though, it has stored my ebay log in details even though I haven't directed it to and I can't change it.
I've delved into options/tools etc and even deleted all passwords but as soon as I log in again it saves it.
How can I change this please?

Tool > Options > Security >

Tick "Remember Passwords for sites' and put those you don't want remembered in Exceptions

Try Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies
and set it to delete them when you close FFox
