Status Monitor for Epson Printer Stylus DX4050

A few weeks ago I suppressed the Status Monitor so as to stop the message warning me that I was using non-Epson cartridges. I now want to re-instate the Monitor but for the life of me I cannot find the dialogue box where I would be able to un-suppress the monitor.

I seem to be going round in circles so I would be grateful for some guidance from members as to what to do. Thanks in advance.

This link tells you how to disable the status monitor - but if you work through it and at the appropriate place UNTICK the box saying "disable status monitor".

Sea Urchin - could you retype the link, please. Thanks.
PS. yes, XP

I am so sorry - I forgot the link - trying to do too many things at once :@)

Sea Urchin - Many thanks for the link. I've found my way to the correct dialogue box and it has worked. (The box is a bit tucked away!)
