My PC has started crashing on startup over the last two days, the usual programmes start to load then I get a blue screen advising a problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to the computer. Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error, then a series of numbers which seem to change each time the error message appears e.g STOP : 0x0000007A ( 0xCo3e66eo, 0xcooooooe, oxf99b8d9c, ox6076860 ) ftdisk.sys Address F99B8D9C base at F99B2000, Datestamp 3b7d8419
Beginning dump of physical memory. physical memory dump complete.
I have tried using system restore but this doesn't work every time.
Can anyone please help?!

0x0000007A errors are caused by faulty memory

try removing one stick at atime and rebooting.

also use Memtest from the provided by AndySD
